He answered my never ending questions, explaining everything clearly. He spent a great deal of time making sure he had sorted out all of the problems, taking a lot of time unblocking my iPad which even Simon hit a new unknown problem with! Then because the iPad was not responding, even after payment, he stayed on to make sure it was working properly, which it was and still is! He refused to take payment for his extra time, which was considerable.
